your address will be retained until you tell us to delete it. Every communication we send to you, however, will include

How do I collect my duckMail?
The simplest way to collect your duckMail is to click on the direct link to it in the email notice sent to you.
This doesn't always work however and depends on your browser type and possible limitations imposed by your service provider.
In these cases go to the duckMail Pick-Up Point, enter the
supplied User ID and Password and then click the "Go Get It!" button.
Remember. The best way to enter your ID and Password is to use "Copy and Paste"
which will also eliminate typing mistakes.
Why do I get an error message when I enter my email addresses?
It can only be a mistake. Common mistakes in writing email addresses include
www.name@address.com
name@www.address.com
(name) name@address.com
<name@address.com>
All of these are wrong. The correct address is simply...
name@address.com
What guarantees do I have that my duckMail will be delivered?
None.
However, our experience is that 99.9% of correctly
addressed duckMails do reach their destination.
Remember to always double check the email addresses you provide on the duckMail
form before you submit it.
Can I catch a virus from a duckMail?
Absolutely not!
Viruses generally spread by means of attachments to emails and duckMail Greetings will NEVER
send you an attachment of any kind.
You should be aware that emails carrying infected attachments can and do impersonate people you know.
For this reason always be suspicious of all attachments you receive regardless of who may appear to
have sent them.
Remember. Always scan attachments with an up-to-date anti-virus program.
How much does it cost?
Not a single cent!
Who is adpDesign?
adpDesign
is the collaborative name of Angie and Dave Power. Angie creates the greetings on paper using watercolours
and coloured pencils. Dave scans them and puts them here for you to enjoy!
